Pastor Larry was raised as part of a pastor's family ministering in Indiana. While he grew up in church, it wasn't until college that he fully committed his life the Lord and subsequently felt a call to music ministry. Already pursuing a music degree, Pastor Larry continued his education with new meaning and in 1982, he graduated from Georgetown College in Georgetown, Kentucky, with a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Communications. 

 

Immediately after his ordination in 1982, Pastor Larry began serving in various church contexts as a Worship Pastor, including serving in the greater Nashville area of Tennessee, and has faithfully served the Lord in music ministry for several decades. 

 

In 2022, after serving in churches across Florida, Pastor Larry was called to serve as the Worship Pastor at The First Baptist Church of Cocoa. 

 

Pastor Larry has a wonderful helper in this ministry of worship, the love of his life, his wife Susie. They were married in 1978 and have one adult son, Luke.
